Sanbai Apparel Factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. It is a European and American style clothing enterprise integrating professional design, production and sales. It has more than 2,000 square meters of professional modern delivery rooms and is sold all over the country.

• Production Capacity

Sanbai Apparel accepts large, medium and small wholesale orders, and accepts processing of supplied materials, samples, drawings, OEM, ODM. Any customized products are feasible. Our monthly production capacity is about 200,000-300,000, with 120-150 basic styles of proofing per month, and maintains 350-380 new designs per month.

• Production Workshop

Our workshop has 10 assembly lines, 15 pattern making staff, 16 proofing staff, and a proofing cycle of 7 days. We currently have multiple warehouses to store goods, and sufficient supply for a long time. Our workshop is located in the First Industrial Zone of Zhenkou Community, Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. The surrounding transportation is convenient and the environment is comfortable, which is one of our advantages in trade transportation and product placement.

• Production Equipment

We focus on the updating of enterprise management and product equipment, and have domestic advanced level of automated clothing equipment: 1 laser cutting machine, 2 buttonhole machines, 5 double needle machines, 1 eyelet end machine, 25 four-line and five-line machines, 2 button sewing machines, 196 flat machines, 2 needle inspection machines, 15 ironing machines, including cutting machines, edge baking machines, flat sewing machines imported from abroad, so that product quality is guaranteed.

• Production Technology

We adhere to the concept of presenting good products to loyal consumers. Most of the steps that require assembly line operation and machine work are manual production. There are semi-manual processes that combine the two, and there are also pure manual weaving, weaving, and button sewing processes.

The characteristics of industrialized production are large quantities, continuous pursuit of high efficiency, and low costs. Large factories will hardly customize fabrics, stitching colors, etc. for small batches of one or two customers. Small-scale production makes partial customization possible. We make a small embroidery print with more than 200 hand-stitched stitches, which requires sophisticated skills. It takes more time and energy, but the details can be achieved with extreme caution.
